Changing the Rib on a Cantilever umbrella is NOT an easy task.
Whilst Shelta will make the Rib available for people wishing to replace it themselves, we strongly advise against it unless you have a high level of technical abilities. We recommend returning the umbrella to us to have it re-corded or contact us for your closest repair agent.
While we would love to assist, our resources will not allow phone support for people who try this.
