Terms and Conditions – Shelta Summer Giveaway

Selection of Winner
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the
entry period. The draw will be conducted by Shelta.

Winner Announcement
The winner will be announced on 24 January 2025 via Shelta's Instagram account.
The winner will also be notified via Instagram Direct Message.

Claiming the Prize
The winner must respond to Shelta’s notification within 7 days and provide their
contact details for delivery. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result
in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be chosen.

Delivery
Shelta will deliver the prize to an Australian address provided by the winner. Any
delivery costs outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the winner.

Publicity
By entering the giveaway, participants agree to allow Shelta to use their name and
likeness for promotional purposes, including on social media and marketing
materials.

Privacy
Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used to administer
the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Modification or Termination
Shelta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time
without notice due to circumstances including, but not limited to, fraud, technical
issues, or other unforeseen events.

Release of Instagram
This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with
Instagram. Participants understand they are providing their information to Shelta, not
Instagram.
